Set it up once, let it run
The message that should go out the day before an appointment, on a birthday or when a cart is abandoned is sent by the system. All you do is define the rule once.
Automated senders and reminders send messages by themselves when an event you define happens or a date arrives. Recurring sends such as appointment reminders, birthday greetings, abandoned cart reminders and payment or subscription notices are set up once and then forgotten. Messages go out by email or WhatsApp, personalised for each contact.
What is an automated sender?
An automated sender is a "when this happens, send that" rule. Rules come in two kinds: event-based (appointment created, order placed, cart abandoned) or time-based (the first of every month, on a birthday, 24 hours before an appointment). When a rule fires, the system personalises the message and sends it on the channel you chose. Multi-step sequences are possible too: send the first message, and if it is not opened, send a second one three days later.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?
No. Triggers, conditions and message steps are chosen from lists; no code is involved.
Could the same person get several messages at once?
No. Frequency caps and quiet-hour rules prevent messages arriving back to back.
Can I stop a flow later?
Yes. Pause it any time, edit it and publish it again.
Which channels can I send on?
Email and WhatsApp, and you can use both inside the same flow.
